Fruit Lassi with homemade curd/yogurt
Lassi is a popular beverage that is very famous in India. It is a must drink for every household in India, during summer season to get the respite from scorching heat.
Lassi tastes best with fresh and homemade set curd. I make fresh curd at my place every single day to be used in making Vegetable raita, Bread pastry, Yogurt mousse, Beetroot hung curd mini cheesecake and Hung curd cheesecake with almond & oats crust to name a few.
Which fruits can be used in making this lassi?
I have used Banana, apple and black grapes to make fruit lassi. You may use any seasonal fruits like peaches, figs, berries, strawberries or chickoo.
Make lassi with combination of all fruits or pair any 2 or more fruits of your choice. Go ahead and add nuts or seeds or completely avoid it.
