Fruit Lassi Recipe | Fruit Yogurt Cooler is very cooling, refreshing,  and nutritious lassi, for hot summer season made with yogurt/curd and mix of fruits. It is super easy to make and takes only 5 minutes to prepare this.

Ingredients
  • Yogurt /curds/Dahi - ¼ bowl
  • Banana - 1\2 piece
  • Apple ½ piece
  • Black Grapes handful
  • Honey 1 tsp (optional)
  • Blueberries to garnish
Instructions
  1. In a blender add yoghurt.
  2. Add mashed banana, chopped apple and black grapes. Mix in honey.
  3. Blend everything together.
  4. Pour into a glass. Put ice cubes if required.
  5. Top it up with blueberries.
  6. Garnish with mint sprig.
  7. Serve immediately.
