Fruit Caramel Pudding | How to make Fruit Pudding is an easy to make, eggless, no bake, delicious summer pudding. It’s quite similar to Fruit Custard.

The main ingredients used here are milk, readymade caramel pudding mix and various fruits.

Fruit Caramel Pudding | How to make Fruit Pudding, an easy dessert

This pudding is milk based, quick and easy to make fruity dessert. In this recipe readymade Caramel Pudding mix of Harnik General brand is used to make thick and creamy pudding with fresh seasonal fruits.

Readymade caramel pudding mix pack

This is a perfect dessert for parties, get together or kitty party. Moreover, it is kid friendly and make ahead dessert. The best thing, this can be easily doubled or tripled according to your choice.

Ingredients required

–  Cream Caramel Pudding mix

The most important ingredient to make this easy peasy dessert is readymade pudding mix pack.

The contents of the 90 grams pack includes a pudding mix and 1 small sachet of caramel sauce.

Here I have used 2 packs of 90 grams each.

Milk

I have used full fat milk.

Fruits

Dragon fruit, Apple, Banana, Pear, Mango, Litchis, Cherries and Peach. You can use according to availability and preference.

Lemon Juice 

Marie Biscuits or any other biscuit

Caramel

Caramel sachet

 

I have used 1 sachet of readymade caramel provided with the pudding mix.

Finally, I would like to highlight my other Indian mithai recipes collection. It includes following –

Mango barfi/mithai, 1 spoon ghee gajar ka halwa, Kalakand / Indian milk cake, Kachhi Gulab Pak, Kaju katli/barfi and Karachi halwa.

To begin with, clean wash, de seed and peel the fruits. Chop them in small pieces. Pour lemon juice over the fruits to prevent oxidation.

After that, pour the 1 liter milk in a saucepan and bring it to boil.

To this add 2 sachets of readymade Harnik General brand pudding mix.

Keep stirring it continuously so that it shouldn’t stick to bottom of pan. Let it boil for 3 minutes until it’s incorporated well.

Ensure that the contents are completely dissolved in the milk. Remove from the stove and keep it aside to cool.

Meanwhile place the chopped fruits in a cake mould all over.

When the milk cools down, pour it in the cake mould over the chopped fruits.

Break the digestive biscuits in pieces and spread over milk mixture.

Cover it with cling wrap and place in the fridge to cool for 4 hours.

Once cooled, gently un mold on a serving plate. Garnish it with caramel sauce and some fresh Cherries.

Cut into slices and enjoy chilled.

Ingredients

Fruits :

  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Apple
  • 1 Dragon fruit
  • 8-10 Cherries
  • 1 Mango
  • 8 Litchis
  • 1 Peach
  • 1 Pear

Other ingredients

  • 1 Liter of milk
