These must try only 3 ingredient Fresh Fruit Popsicles | Fruity Ice Pops | Fruit Lollies are vegan, gluten free, artificial sweetener free and dairy free frozen summer treat.

Summer season calls for some chilled stuff to soothe the frayed nerves. Mango vanilla custard popsicles , Aam panna popsicles and Imli ki kulfi are my favorite ones.

These icy treats are sweetened entirely with whole fruit, that is full of fiber and naturally electrolyte boosting coconut water.

They’re perfect for after school treat, noons by the pool or post-exercise hydration.

Just 3 ingredients is what you need is mango pulp, kiwi fruit and fresh coconut water.

They’re deliciously refreshing & brightly flavored. A perfect healthy vegan treat with no added refined sugar. When I saw these, I found it apt for cooling down in the heat of summer!

Why you should make these pops at home?

I always prefer to make popsicles at home that aren’t complicated like these 3 ingredient mango-coconut popsicles.

Rather than buying readymade popsicles that might be loaded with a ton of added sugar and preservatives why not make your own?

We find these popsicles the perfect summer treat to cool down and re-hydrate with.

 

What all you need to make 3 ingredient Fresh Fruit Popsicles | Fruity Ice Pops | Fruit Lollies?

All you need to make these popsicles is a popsicle mold/small paper cups and ice cream sticks, fresh mangoes, kiwi & tender coconut water.

Fill the mould with fruit puree/pulp blended with coconut water, some bright colour fruit pieces, cover the mould, freeze overnight. Isn’t that just easy?

 

How to make 3 ingredient Fresh Fruit Popsicles | Fruity Ice Pops | Fruit Lollies?

To make these beautiful looking ice pops, all you need is coconut water, fruit puree/pulp and slices of fresh fruit.

We used mango puree/pulp, kiwi slices and coconut water. They look so colorful and firm enough to hold their shape during freezing.

Top tips

1. The fruit you are using to make these popsicles should be barely ripe. I would suggest to avoid using any fruits that brown easily such as bananas, apples or pears.

2. Slice the kiwi up into 1/4-inch thick pieces as thinner pieces won’t freeze properly.

3. Set up your popsicle molds on  work surface. Once filled with mango coconut water mix, slide in the kiwi slice, pushing it to the edge of the mold for a beautiful presentation later on.

4. Put them into the freezer for 4-5 hours or overnight. Let the ice pops thaw under running water for 5 seconds before serving for easy unmolding.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup tender coconut water
  • 3/4 cup fresh mango pulp preferably Alfonso
  • 4 kiwi slices evenly sliced into rounds

Instructions

  • To begin with in a blender add mango pieces and coconut water. Blend well to make a smooth mixture/puree.
  • Take your Popsicle mould, pour this mango-coconut water puree upto just 1/4th part.
  • We will use half of the remaining puree for the next step.
  • Keep pops in freezer to set for around 2-3 hours.
  • Now remove pops from freezer and add 1 slice of kiwi in each mold.
  • Pour remaining Mango coconut mixture on top. Cover and keep in freezer to set for atleast 5 hours.
  • If your mould does not have the cover & stick attached then put 1 ice cream stick in each mould and cover with foil.
  • To De mould
  • Hold the pops under running water for few seconds or immerse the pops in water holding it vertically for few seconds.
  • Rub pops between your palms and de mould on serving platter.
  • Enjoy.....
