Mango Chilli Cold Soup | Mango dessert is a gluten free, no cook, cold soup recipe, made with only few ingredients and takes only 5 minutes to make.

This soup has taken over the top spot and it’s reigning supreme in the category of cold-soups, for me and my family. However, we relish  Watermelon gazpacho and Mango Melon Cold Soup equally.

Summer season is finally here with a bang. Markets are flooded with mangoes. Folks who are ardent fans of soups don’t wanna give up on their daily dose of mangoes.

So make the most of season’s produce Mangoes, and relish it in different ways like – Mango lava ladoos, Mango dome cake recipe and Mango semolina/sooji cake.

Drinking hot soups like Beetroot soup or Broccoli potato spring onion soup  during summers is the last thing on the mind of everyone. So whip up this lipsmacking cold summer soup rather than making regular cold gazpacho.

This no cook mango soup is made with mangoes & coconut milk, the match made in heaven, takes only 5 minutes to make. This soup is Gluten free and can be made vegan friendly also.

A perfect recipe for summers

This is the perfect soup/dessert that is full of nutrition filled mangoes and coconut milk. In addition to that, it is combined with my favourite vanilla icecream. You can serve this as a quick & easy dessert too.

Step by step instructions to make Mango Chilli Cold Soup | Mango Dessert

Mix all above mentioned ingredients in blender and blitz it. Thereafter adjust the consistency with water/milk.

Serve this soup/dessert cold  and garnish it with fresh coriander leaves, chilli flakes and chunks of coconut & red bell peppers.

Ingredients
  

  • 50 grams Alphanso Mangoes chopped
  • 2 grams Green Chillies
  • 1 small pack Vanilla icecream
  • 40 ml Coconut milk
  • 2 grams Ginger
  • Salt to taste
  • To garnish
  • Fresh Coriander chilli flakes, coconut chunks/ flakes/scrape and red bellpepper chunks to garnish

Method
 

  1. Mix all above mentioned ingredients in blender and blitz it.
  2. Adjust the consistency with water/milk.
  3. Serve this cold and garnish with fresh coriander leaves, chilli flakes and chunks of coconut & red bell peppers.
