Summer season is finally here with a bang. Markets are flooded with mangoes. Folks who are ardent fans of soups don’t wanna give up on their daily dose of mangoes.
Drinking hot soups like Beetroot soup or Broccoli potato spring onion soup during summers is the last thing on the mind of everyone. So whip up this lipsmacking cold summer soup rather than making regular cold gazpacho.
This no cook mango soup is made with mangoes & coconut milk, the match made in heaven, takes only 5 minutes to make. This soup is Gluten free and can be made vegan friendly also.
A perfect dessert for summers
This is the perfect soup/dessert that is full of nutrition filled mangoes and coconut milk. In addition to that, it is combined with my favourite vanilla icecream. You can serve this as a quick & easy dessert too.

Process to make cold mango soup
Mix all above mentioned ingredients in blender and blitz it. Thereafter adjust the consistency with water/milk.
Serve this soup/dessert cold and garnish it with fresh coriander leaves, chilli flakes and chunks of coconut & red bell peppers.
- Alphanso Mangoes chopped 50 gms
- Green Chillies 2 gms
- Vanilla icecream 1 small pack
- Coconut milk 40 ml
- Ginger 2 gms
- Salt to taste
- To garnish
- Fresh Coriander, chilli flakes, coconut chunks/ flakes/scrape and red bellpepper chunks to garnish
- Mix all above mentioned ingredients in blender and blitz it.
- Adjust the consistency with water/milk.
- Serve this cold and garnish with fresh coriander leaves, chilli flakes and chunks of coconut & red bell peppers.
