Can a oven baked version be equally delicious & how long will it take to bake them? What can replace bread here ( I wanna moong recipe for weight loss)
Hi Archana. Thank you for writing in. Baked version would equally be good. You can add boiled sweet potatoes in place of bread or even can add besan for binding in place of bread.
Place in the preheated oven @ 180 Degree and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until the tops are beginning to brown. At that point, remove from the oven and spray or brush lightly with oil, then broil for another 3-5 minutes, being sure not to burn them.
