Leftover Chapati Cutlets|Leftover roti cutlets from leftover chapatis is a wonderful idea to use leftovers. Make an amazing appetizer from leftovers by adding few more easily available ingredients from your pantry

In this recipe leftover chapatis are given a makeover by adding poha, Green chutney and few other basic spices and voila, lipsmacking cutlets are ready in a jiffy.

Moreover no one would come to know that these delicious cutlets are made of leftover chapatis/rotis.

Here are few of my leftover makeover ideas  in form of snacks, or desserts.

Leftover makeover is a good idea

What you probably would do if you are left with many Chapatis lying in the casserole? May be just give it away or feed it to the birds. Stop stop….don’t do either of the things.

Leftovers always amaze me. I always try to find ways and means to give it a makeover and transform it into a new dish.

My family prefers to have hot rotis/ chapatis. Even I love to serve them hot as according to me it taste best when it’s eaten fresh.

My Son’s sudden dinner outing left me with few leftover rotis, which were lying in casserole, looking at me asking for makeover.

Use leftovers quickly

As no body at  my place prefer to eat leftover rotis, i need to use them quickly, rather than stacking it in fridge, I prefer to use leftovers as quickly as possible. So that’s how Leftover Chapati/Roti Cutlets were born.

Come let’s make some yummy cutlets from leftover chapati. Yeah you read it right….

The inspiration behind making good use of leftovers is my Mom, who never wasted anything. She always used to make something very interesting out of it.

We always used to look forward when she used to rush to the kitchen with some leftovers. Crazy na….😃

so taking her ideas to use leftovers in good way lets get started……..
