Let me tell you it’s one of the easiest recipes I have ever made in my life with just 2 main ingredients and few minutes, it’s ready.
While doing your regular kitchen chores make this by reducing milk on slow flame and add sugar till it becomes thick and changes its colour to pale yellow.
That’s it. Isn’t that simple?
It will last in the fridge for 1 week if you don’t need it straight away.

Nowadays Condensed milk is an essential part of cooking and baking. Homemade Condensed milk is very cost effective in comparison to branded one.
In addition to that it’s preservatives free and made in the comfort of your kitchen, taking care of hygiene.
This is a simple way to make Condensed milk at home, and with this you need not worry about the quality of Ingredients used that you get outside.
Step by step instructions and pictorial presentation for making Condensed milk at home
In a nonstick pan add milk. Bring it to a rolling boil. Add sugar. Keep the flame on high.
Once it starts boiling turn the flame on to medium and keep stirring it.
Stir and cook till colour changes to pale yellow.
Cook for few more minutes.
it would take almost 15 – 20 minutes to get ready. Once it starts to thicken remove it from fire.
In the last mix butter for that glossy look. This is purely optional, you may avoid it. Keep it aside to cool down completely.
Transfer this into glass jar, bowl or bottle of not using immediately.
Store this in fridge.
It lasts good upto 7 days in the fridge
Cool it and use whenever required.
