Lauki ke kabab | Dhoodhi kabab | Bottle gourd kababs is a delicious snack recipe that is gluten free, made with not so favorite vegetable of everyone, lauki/doodhi/bottle gourd. In addition to that it consists oats, peanuts and some basic spices from your kitchen.

After making these kababs, you will start to love doodhi as they turn out to be really delicious and moreover no one will come to know that you have used doodhi making these kababs.

Serve these as evening snack to your kids as otherwise kids don’t prefer to have it in sabzi form. Similarly, I serve these Oats dalia vegetables muthia and my kids eat these happily without any complaints.
