And I must say, I read it twice and wouldn’t believe that Blondies could be made from our humble, not so favourite Black eyed Bean/ Sukhi Choulai.
According to me, this is the best way to feed dried beans to your family, as in the form of sweet dish, Blondies truns out to be irrestible.
These Black Eyed bean/ Sukhi Choulai Blondies are so fudgy, chocolatey and moist. And the best thing, no one would believe they’re loaded with nutritious beans.

Step by step instructions and pictorial presentation to make Black eyed Bean Blondies|Sukhi Choulai Blondies
Preheat oven to 175 degrees. Grease or line a square baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
Blend or process black eyed peas, oats, butter, vanilla, eggs and honey in a blender or food processor until smooth.
Transfer mixture into a bowl and mix in powdered oats, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder and salt.
Mix chocolate chips, coconut and almonds, and pour batter into baking pan.
Bake it upto 25 to 30 minutes or check with toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Allow it to cool down completely before cutting into pieces. Store in the fridge.

Hi Ruchi. Spices are added to suppress the bland taste of Black eyed beans. You may use cardamom powder instead,or can completely avoid using all these.
