Puff pastry Samosa Recipe (Air fryer method), easy and delicious Indian snack

After Mumbai Vada pav  Samosas are our favorite Indian snack believed to have originated in the Middle East, specifically Persia. They’re known as Sambusak.

These were usually made from scratch with 2 main components – the dough for outer cover with meat or vegetables stuffing. After that,  it’s usually deep fried or baked.

I have earlier shared the recipe of Bread Samosa which is the non traditional way to make Samosa.

So once again here i am going for a simpler route to puff pastry which is sitting in my freezer and Air frying these rather than baking in an OTG. The outcome is perfectly browned crispy samosa in front of us.

Pair these easy, delicious, flaky Puff Pastry Samosas with Dhania Pudina Chutney or with Tomato sauce.
