- Pomegranate peel powder - 1 tsp
- Water - 1/2 cup
- Pomegranate juice 1/2 cup
- Honey - 1 tsp
- Take the peel of one big sized pomegranate. I prefer the brighter red colour of pomegranate as it imparts beautiful colour to the tea. 
- Wash the peels thoroughly and sun dry these peels. It takes around 2 to 3 days. After that grind them to powder. 
- Now cut one pomegranate and remove dark red arils from it, make juice of it. Keep it aside 
- Now to make tea, in a pan heat water and add in 1 teaspoon of pomegranate powder. Bring to boil for 1 minute. 
- Remove it from the stove and allow to steep for 5 to 7 minutes. 
- To this add pomegranate juice. Stir well and strain the tea. Mix in the honey/Sugar/Maple syrup.
