To begin with peel mangoes and cut jnto cubes. Keep aside.
Then peel Tadgola and rougly chop them into pieces.
Next, blend coconut water along with coconut meat and make a puree. To adjust the consistency, you may add ice cubes here.
It's time to layer this summer cooler before serving.
Take a coconut shell. Here I have used coconut shell to serve as its sold in the juice shops. In the bottom, pour coconut meat - water puree, after that layer it with mango pieces.
Next, add chopped tadgola pieces and then sprinkle some slivered nuts. I have used cashews, pistachios and almonds.
Once again repeat the process and keep in the fridge for 10 minutes to chill.
Serve this immediately with sprig of mint on top.

1. In this recipe i haven't added any sweetener as my mangoes were already sweet.2. Before assembling this cooler you may taste the ingredients and add the sweetener like stevia, monk fruit or agave syrup accordingly. If not vegan, you may use honey or white sugar also.3. To adjust the consistency of coconut meat puree, you may add ice cubes. I haven't.
