These Airfryer Sweet potato Brownies (Vegan) made in Air fryer is a gluten-free, delicious and a healthy quick fix for your sweet cravings. They’re flourless, easy to make with handy ingredients from your pantry. They turn out fudgy and gooey with chocolate and peanut butter goodness.
Thoroughly wash and clean the sweet potatoes. Pressure cook it with water for up to 2 whistles first. Lower the heat and let it cook for 5 minutes more.
Once the steam escapes naturally, open the lid, let it cool down a bit and peel the sweet potatoes. You can steam the sweet potato too for 15-20 minutes or until done.
Or use Air fryer baked sweet potatoes to make these brownies.
Make sure they should be warm once you blend them. Add cocoa powder and peanut butter and blend smooth.
Once blended, taste and check to adjust the sweetness. You may add maple syrup and blend again. I didn't.
Since we are making brownies in Air fryer, preheat the Air fryer for 3 minutes.
Meanwhile, line a 8 inch square tin with butter paper. Spread the prepared batter in the tin.
Randomly spread chocolate chips, chunks of chocolate and walnuts on top of the batter.
Tap it on kitchen counter and place this in preheated Air fryer. Bake it at 175°C for 20-25 minutes.
If using an OTG
Bake at 180°C for 20-25 minutes.
Let it cool fully before slicing.
enjoy.
Notes
1. Feel free to use other nut butters, like almond butter, cashew butter replacing peanut butter.2. You can also add pecans instead of walnuts on top of the brownies before baking.3. You may add Protien powder to these brownies also. But then adjust the consistency accordingly with some hot water.4. As mentioned above also, make sure to let the brownies cool down completely before slicing or put them in the fridge for 30 minutes atleast before slicing. 5. If any leftovers, store the brownies in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. Or you can cling wrap each piece individually and freeze.
