Ingredients
- 1 Boiled beetroot small
- 1/2 Cucumber
- 2 Amla gooseberry
- 1 Carrot small
- 1 Tomato small
- 1/2 tsp Pink salt
Instructions
- Grind above mentioned ingredients in mixer with enough water.
- Adjust the juice consistency by adding more water. Do not strain as fiber in all vegetables will clear your gut.
- Add pink salt.
- Garnish with beetroot & mint leaves.
