A simple but unique idea to make sandwich
It is one of the best Sindhi street food i have ever eaten, so thought to share the recipe with you all. On my visit to Ulhasnagar few months ago, my cousin took to Doli’s, a famous street food snack shop.
She insisted to taste this special variety of Dal sandwich that is served here. I was very curious to know what all things go into making this sandwich.
I have always heard a lot of stories about Dal sandwich from my Father in law, who used to love it. That made me eager to learn this, and it was so kind of the owner of this shop, who allowed me to watch the making of the Dal sandwich.
