Quick & easy recipe of 10 minutes easy cheesy garlic pull apart Bread

A very quick, easy, effortless ready in 10 minutes, easy cheesy garlic pull apart bread recipe, that it’s totally awesome and worth trying.

It has all the goodness of vegetables, that are flavoured with garlic & herb butter.

Top it up with some cheese and bake it to the perfection, serve and see everyone asking for more.

When perfectly melted mozzarella and roasted garlic butter is oozing out of crispy bread filled with veges one can only wish that it should be served immediately on to their plates.

This quick to make snack can be made with or without oven. Here I am sharing both the methods for your convenience.

 

Step by step instructions and pictorial presentation to make 10 minutes easy cheesy garlic pull apart Bread

Oven method

In a mixing bowl add all chopped veggies, grated paneer, grated cheese and mayonnaise.

Vegetables stuffing

To this add salt, pepper, mixed herbs and red chili flakes. Test the taste and keep this aside.

Pull apart buns sliced

 

Now make horizontal and vertical deep cuts (leaving the bottom) on a bun/ loaf of pav and fill the prepared veges stuffing in all the cuts throughout nicely.

After that in a bowl add finely chopped garlic, melted butter, red chilli flakes, oregano and coriander leaves. Mix well.

Brush this butter mixture on top of the each bun.

Now preheat an oven at 180°C for 10 minutes. Meanwhile line a baking tray with foil and place the prepped buns on it.

Cover with another sheet of foil and bake for 8 to 10 minutes or till the cheese melts, in the middle rack.

Remove from the oven and serve immediately.

Stove top method

Heat a deep thick bottom pan. Once hot keep a small piece of foil and place the veges stuffed bun on it.

Lower the flame and cover it with lid. Cook for 6 to 8 minutes or till the cheese melts.

Serve hot.

Notes

1. You can use any type of cheese like, processed or cheddar cheese.

2. For this recipe add vegetables of your choice. Or you may stuff the buns only with cheese too.

3. Please use bread of your choice for this recipe. It can be pav, buns or whatever bread you like.

Ingredients

  • 4 burger buns or loaf of pav 8 pieces

For stuffing

  • ¼ cup chopped capsicum
  • ¼ cup chopped red bell pepper
  • ¼ cup chopped yellow bell pepper
  • ½ cup grated paneer
  • ¼ cup chopped onion
  • ¼ cup boiled sweet corn
  • 2 tbsp fresh coriander leaves
  • ½ tsp black pepper powder
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp mixed herbs
  • 1 tsp red chili flakes
  • ½ cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 2 to 3 tsp mayonnaise

To brush on top of buns

  • 4 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped garlic
  • 1 tsp red chilli flakes
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves
