Ingredients

  • 3-4 Crystals of Gond Katira
  • 2 Tbsp Sabja seeds
  • Fruits of your choice - I have used Mango, Watermelon, Apples, Oranges, Dragon fruit, Grapes, Pomegranate pearls and Strawberries
  • 1 Cup Rose Syrup
  • 1 Litre Coconut Water
  • Ice Cubes

Instructions

  • To begin with let's prepare few things to make this delicious drink. First, soak gond katira crystals in enough water to swell up overnight or for 8 hours.
  • After that soak sabza/Takmaria/Tukmalanga in water foe 2 hours. Now, clean, wash all the fruits. Chop them in Cubes.
  • In a big bowl add fresh coconut water. To this add soaked sabza and gond katira. Next, add all the chopped fruits. To this add rose syrup and lemon juice.
  • In the last, add lots of Ice cubes.
  • Finally, test the taste and adjust the sweetness accordingly. Mix well and serve immediately.
  • Garnish with fresh mint leaves and enjoy.....

Notes

1. You can choose fruits of your liking and whatever available in the season.
2. Fruits and coconut water has sufficient sweetness so if you wish to omit Rooh afza its completely ok. And if making this recipe Vegan, there is no need to add Rooh afza. You may choose the sweetener accordingly.
3. I have added Rooh afza as it imparts lovely red colour and flavor to this drink.
