2Tbspsugar or more as per taste
1tspvanilla essence
1Cup or moreLukewam Milk to adjust the cake batter consistency
Instructions
Pre heat the heavy bottom pressure Cooker on the gas stove for 10 minutes on medium flame.
Here i have used my old Cooker to make this cake. Make sure to remove gasket and whistle.
Do not add water in the cooker. Just place some ring/plate at the bottom.
Prepare steel glasses by brushing some oil and then dust with flour. Shake off the excess flour.
To make the cake batter, take all the biscuits and sugar, grind them well in a mixer jar.
Add vanilla essence and milk. If required start adding more milk to form a smooth cake batter with ribbon consistency.
Remove this in a bowl, add Eno. Mix it well with rubber spatula.
Pour the batter in steel glasses till it reaches half and place them in pre heated cooker.
Now close the lid, cook on low flame for 25-30 minutes. Check if its done by inserting a tooth-pick in the center.
If it is not cooked, keep it for some more time. Once done, take the glasses out carefully, cool it and then transfer on wire rack.
Unmould and enjoy this with hot cup of Masala chai.
