This simple to make vegan and gluten free easy winter salad recipe combines regular salad vegetables mix, wonderful spice mix and a delicious dressing all tossed together.
To begin with let's first make pickle masala. For that heat a thick bottom pan. To this first add Mustard seeds. Roast them on slow flame for a few minutes and take out in a plate.
After that in the same pan add fennel seeds. Roast on slow flame and take out. Next, roast carrom seeds and take out.
Once cooled down, mix together, coarse grind it in mortar pestle. Keep it aside foe later use.
For Salad Dressing
In a glass bottle mix olive oil, mustard sauce, maple syrup, salt and olive oil. Give it a good shake.
Chop salad vegetables
It's time to cut salad vegetable. Chop carrot, cucumber, radish, beetroot, green chili and spring onion greens in long batons.
Now sprinkle 1 tbsp pickle masala over the prepared Salad and pour the salad dressing as required.
Serve immediately. Enjoy......
