Ingredients
250mlpack of Amul Fresh Cream
1/4CupMilk
2packs160 grams of Bournville dark chocolate
A pinch of salt
Instructions
To begin with on a medium low heat gently simmer the milk and fresh cream.
Next, Add the chocolate and remove from the heat. Let it sit off the heat for a few minutes. Stir well with a whisker to incorporate everything nicely.
At this stage if you wish to add flavours like vanilla, peppermint or liqueur just stir in 1 to 2 tablespoons. I haven't.
Once done tansfer to a fondue pot for serving with choice of your dippings.
Notes
1. Its not compulsory to use Fondue pot to make this recipe; a simple saucepan works well for serving.2. You can add flavors like vanilla, chilli, peppermint or liqueurs to customize your fondue.3. Any chocolate or chocolate chips works well for this recipe. Make sure to use dark chocolate.
