Bake this gluten free, flourless, delicious, easy, quick, refined sugar free Air fryer Banana Oats Cake (eggless) in just 20 minutes. This healthy treat uses mashed bananas, Oats and milk along with some baking essentials to make the cake.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Oats
  • 1 tbsp Almonds
  • 2 Ripe bananas
  • 1/4 cup Jaggery powder
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1/4 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp Baking soda

  • Choco chips
  • Walnuts

Instructions

  • Preheat airfryer for 2 minutes @ 135°C.
  • Dry roast oats first on a low flame. After that add almonds and roast further. Once done transfer on a plate and let it cool down completely.
  • Grind Oats and almonds to powder. Keep aside.
  • Take a wide bowl. Add bananas and mash them with a fork completely without any lumps. To this add jaggery powder, oil, milk, oats almonds powder, Baking soda and baking powder. Whisk it until combined well.
  • Prepare the baking dish, brush oil and lay a parchment paper. Transfer the prepared batter in the pan and top with chocolate chips and walnuts.
  • Airfry for 15-20 minutes at 135°C (check after 15 minutes).
  • Keep a small water bowl inside the airfryer to maintain moisture-this keeps the cake soft and prevents it from drying out

Notes

1. If you wish to go nut free then increase the same amount with oats in the recipe.
2. To make this cake vegan, use dairy free milk of your choice.
3. You may add a few spoons of cocoa powder to make this cake.
