Mushrooms in hindi are called khumb or Dhingri, so it’s also known as khumb matar ki sabzi or Dhingri matar in many parts of india.

My family love mushrooms in any form. Though not everyone like the taste of mushrooms, but if it is cooked in right way or added with any other vegetable, i am sure it would taste better.

Mushrooms are heathy and nutritious

Like other vegetables mushrooms also should be included in daily cooking often. I always make it a point to include mushrooms in various ways by cooking it in different styles.
