Jackfruit shahi kofta curry|Kathal ke kofte, a good option of meat for vegetarians

A very good option of meat for vegetarians, jackfruit Kofta curry is something very different and a must try. It is different from run of the mill Malai koftas.

The shahi gravy is prepared using saffron, coconut milk, broken wheat /dalia powder nd cashew nuts.

Whereas jackfruit koftas are made with jackfruit, besan/gram flour(no potatoes) and some regular spices.

The best thing about these koftas, it can be prepped and refrigerated the day before and can be fried just before serving. In addition to that, you can serve them as starters to your guests, by making it of a smaller size.
