Gluten free and vegan friendly Chocolate Chia Pudding | Breakfast pudding recipe is very easy, & made with only 6, easily available ingredients. Since Chia seeds are loaded with many heath benefits and are known as superfood, I tried Chia Chocolate pudding recipe for breakfast option.

This Pudding sans any sugar or artificial sweeteners. It’s naturally sweetened with dates and  flavoured with hint of Cinnamon.

And moreover you can prepare this previous night and just take out from the fridge next morning to serve it for a hearty breakfast.

This is a good option  for breakfast, or can be served as dessert too. What I love about this recipe is that this can be whipped up in no time and is very good for health.

GoIndia Organic company sent their premium quality products to me, for creating recipes and my reviews for it.

I received Raw Chia seeds from them and was prepared to make something quick and easy.

Generally i use Chia Seeds in making summer coolers. But this time i decided to go with Chia Chocolate Pudding, which was a welcome addition to our breakfast menu.

Chia Chocolate Pudding | Breakfast pudding is easy, made with only 6 easily available ingredients. This pudding sans any sugar or artificial sweeteners.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups milk
  • ⅓ cup chia seeds
  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 9-10 dates, pitted
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon (optional)
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. In a mixer jar put above listed Ingredients except dates.
  2. Blend everything well till it's smooth and has a pudding like consistency.
  3. Cook dates in water and 2 spoons of milk, till softened.
  4. Add dates in the last in the mixer and blend once again to a creamy paste.
  5. Transfer this mixture into serving glasses and keep in the fridge for around 4-5 hours to chill or overnight.
  6. Serve this delicious Pudding with your family's favourite fruit toppings

 

 

Process to make Chia Chocolate Pudding :

In a mixer jar put above listed Ingredients except dates. Blend everything well till it’s smooth and has a pudding like consistency.

Cook dates in water and 2 spoons of milk, till softened. Add dates in the last in the mixer and blend once again to a creamy paste.

Transfer this mixture into serving glasses and keep in the fridge for around 4-5 hours to chill or overnight.
