Ragi Almond Cooler | Nachni Drink, only 3 Ingridients recipe

Ragi/Finger millet Almond Cooler is prepared using ragi powder, jaggery and roasted almonds powder. A perfect drink for warm summer days. With minimum 3 ingredients this drink is ready in a jiffy.

Ragi Almond Cooler | Nachni Drink a tasty summer cooler

This recipe is really good and is loaded with all the good things about ragi millet. The addition of powdered ragi flour with Almond powder, makes this nutrition dense and makes it extremely filling and tasty.

Moreover no artificial sugar is used to sweeten it. Adding coconut milk is optional here but this would enhance the taste and flavour of the drink.

Can we consume Ragi raw? No need to saute or cook?

    1. Lata Lala

Hi Seema. It’s always good to saute the ragi flour as there is raw smell which may hamper with the taste of the dish/drink.
And it depends on the recipe too where you can use ragi flour in raw form as for making chapati/bhakhri where you don’t need to saute it.
