Ingredients
1small Green Papayafirm and small in size
1Cucumbercut into thin strips
1Tomato de-seeded cut into thin stripsor use cherry tomatoes cut into halves
2Garlic cloves
1Green Chili
1juiced lemon
2tspBrown sugar
1/2tspRock Salt
1tspOlive oil
2tspSweet Chili sauce
1/2cupcoarse roasted peanuts
1/4tspBlack pepper
1/4tspChili flakes
Instructions
Wash and peel the raw green papaya, cut it into two halves. De seed it and grate it using a thick grater or shedder.
Keep it in the bowl filled with ice cold water.
Next, dry roast the peanuts, cool and coarse grind.
To make dressing
Now take a small bowl add lemon juice, brown sugar, pink salt, Sweet Chili sauce, Olive oil, chili flakes. Mix it well.
Mince garlic and green chili and add it to the dressing. Combine it well.
To assemble
Take a big mixing bowl. To this add shredded Papaya, cucumber and tomato strips.
Add crushed peanuts, prepared dressing and gently combine it.
Lastly sprinkle black pepper and sprinkle some more peanuts
