Instructions

To marinate the chicken

  • Whisk the hung curd with all the mentioned ingredients for marination and marinate the chicken pieces in for 2 hours atleast or overnight.
  • Heat a grill pan over gas top and place the chicken pieces in single layer.
  • Pan grill them over on all sides on low-medium heat for about 7 to 10 minutes.
  • Flip them over occasionally.
  • Cook till it's done perfectly and turns tender.
  • Or put them on skewers and roast/bake them in the tandoor or oven at 180℃ in a preheated oven for 25 minutes.
  • Keep it aside.
  • In the remaining marination, mix the veggies and pan grill them for about 5 mins on high heat.

To assemble

  • Heat griddle/tawa and place readymade tortilla, warm it on both sides. Remove it on a plate.
  • Apply generous amount of green chutney, thousand island dressing, schezwan sauce, mustard sauce and mayonnaise on a warm tortilla.
  • The sauces mentioned in the ingredients list are optional, you may use according to your preference.
  • Like one of my boys prefers only green chutney and Schezwan sauce as shown here in the picture.
  • However you may use all sauces or few of it to spread on tortilla.
  • Thereafter place the salad veges followed by sliced onion and chicken tikka pieces on it.
  • Sprinkle Frankie masala over it.
  • Roll the wrap and slice them into half. Serve with the green chutney.
