Leftover roti Churma Ladoo | Instant Ladoo | Chapati ke Laddu is a simple and easy to make indian sweet dish that can be made under 10 minutes. The taste and the texture of these ladoos is quite similar to the famous gujarati churma ladoo. But here it is made with leftover or stale chapati.

Ingredients

  • Chapati made from wheat flour 4-5 around 1 cup
  • Jaggery 1/2 cup
  • Few dry dates kharik - finely chopped.
  • 1 tsp cardamom/ ilaichi powder optional
  • Few almonds cashews - chopped
  • Dessicated coconut - for coating

Instructions

  • Grind chapati/roti/fulka in a grinder and keep aside.
  • Grind the nuts. Give a nice pulse to dates to make it smooth paste.
  • Now transfer the chapti chura again to blender along with nuts powder and jaggery.
  • Blend it nicely again and remove this to a bowl.
  • Once everything is combined well together, transfer this to a plate.
  • Take a small portion and shape it round making ladoo.
  • With the help of your palms roll them tight by rolling it few times in between your palms.
  • Store it in airtight container or serve immediately.
