Salad Drink | Spicy salad juice

This recipe is called salad Drink | Spicy Salad juice as you can drink it for breakfast or lunch instead of eating a salad. This is no cook, zero oil/ oil free, Gluten free and vegan recipe that can be made in minutes.

Ingredients

  • Cucumber 1
  • Red Bell paper 1
  • Tomato 1
  • Few Basil /Tulsi leaves
  • Fresh Red Chilli 1
  • Orange juice fresh/packaged 1 glass
  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Clean, wash and peel the cucumber and cut it into cubes. (save 1 piece for garnishing.)
  • Also cut tomato and capsicum in cubes (save 1 piece for garnishing.)
  • Next, chop the red chilli and also roughly chop the basil leaves. Save some for garnishing.
  • In a juicer, pass through all the vegetables one by one. Transfer this into a bowl.
  • Now take 2 tall glasses. Put ice cubes in the bottom. Pour in the vegetables juice, then pour in orange juice, finally add lemon juice on top.
  • Garnish with chopped veggies like cucumber and tomato. Decorate with lemon wedge and basil leaves.
  • Serve and enjoy.

Notes

Once your are through with juicing the salad, run the leftover pulp through juicer along with some water, one more time to get more out of vegetables.
