Preheat your sandwich maker first.
To temper the chocolate use double boiler method or use microwave.
Here I have tempered the chocolate in microwave on high for few seconds.
At the burst of few seconds each time, micro it till it is completely dissolved/melted without any lumps.
In between stir the chocolate at every burst.
Remove from microwave and apply this melted chocolate on one slice of bread.
Spread it evenly and don’t over fill it as while it is grilled, the excess chocolate might ooze out of machine.
Chop the banana in slices.
Place banana slices over chocolate. Cover it with another slice.
Now apply some butter on the slice.
Place the sandwich, and apply butter on top slice of sandwich and cover the lid of toaster.
Grill it for few minutes.
Once the indicator of toaster turns off, remove it and place on the serving plate.
Cut into halves. Drizzle some chocolate sauce or Nutella spread over it.
Garnish sandwich with chocolate squares and chocolate sticks.
Serve hot with milk or juice of your choice.
To make chocolate squares:
Micro high the chocolate pieces for about 30 seconds or till it is softened.
On a butter paper draw shape of your choice. It can be round, square or star shaped.
Freeze it and remove after an hour. Take out the whole piece with the help of a knife.
