Ingredients
1cupwhole milk curd/yogurt
½cupgrated cucumber
1tablespoonlemon juice
½teaspoonextra-virgin olive oil
2garlic clovegrated
½teaspoonsea salt
1-2teaspoonchopped fresh dill leaves
Instructions
Hang the curd in a cloth till all the water from it gets drained.
Transfer this to a bowl.
Place the grated cucumber on a towel and gently squeeze out a bit of the excess water.
Now combine the cucumber, yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, salt and dill leaves.
