Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole milk curd/yogurt
  • ½ cup grated cucumber
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 garlic clove grated
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • 1-2 teaspoon chopped fresh dill leaves

Instructions

  • Hang the curd in a cloth till all the water from it gets drained.
  • Transfer this to a bowl.
  • Place the grated cucumber on a towel and gently squeeze out a bit of the excess water.
  • Now combine the cucumber, yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, salt and dill leaves.
  • Chill until ready to use.
