How to make Air Fryer Corn on the Cob

Ingredients

  • 2 ears fresh corn
  • 2 teaspoons Cooking oil/Butter/Margarine
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon chaat masala
  • 1 Lemon halved
  • 1 tsp Garlic her butter/Salted butter
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander leaves

Instructions

  • Remove husk and silk threads from each ear of corn. Rinse and pat dry.
  • Drizzle vegetable oil/butter/Margarine over corn with brush, or use cooking oil spray.
  • Meanwhile, pre-heat air fryer to 200°C for 3 minutes.
  • Place seasoned corn in single layer, leaving some space between each in the air fryer basket/tray.
  • If the whole corn doesn't fit in the basket, chop it into half or 3 pieces.
  • Cook for 12 minutes, flip halfway on the other side until tender and slightly charred.
  • In a bowl take salt to taste, red chili powder and chat masala. Mix it well.
  • Once the corn is ready, drizzle garlic herb butter, dip the halves of lemon slices in masala (spice) mix and rub it all over the corns.
  • Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Drizzle Crema fresca with spoon and enjoy .......

Notes

1. Air frying cooking times may vary and depend on Air fryer make and model.
2. Make sure to let the corn on the cobs cool for about 5 minutes after air frying.
