Ingredients

  • 6 Papad Roasted
  • 2 tbsp melted pure ghee/clarified butter
  • 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Chaat masala
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 Finely chopped onion
  • Handful Coriander leaves to garnish

Instructions

  • Roast the papad on stove or micro high it on 20 second burst, till roasted well on both sides.
  • Transfer in a big bowl. Crush it using fingers into small pieces. Add finely chopped onions.
  • Before serving, mix melted ghee, chaat masala, red chilli powder and some salt in the proportion of onions.
  • Mix well. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
  • Serve immediately.
