Ingredients
6Papad Roasted
2tbspmelted pure ghee/clarified butter
1tspRed chilli powder
1tspChaat masala
Salt to taste
1Finely chopped onion
Handful Coriander leaves to garnish
Instructions
Roast the papad on stove or micro high it on 20 second burst, till roasted well on both sides.
Transfer in a big bowl. Crush it using fingers into small pieces. Add finely chopped onions.
Before serving, mix melted ghee, chaat masala, red chilli powder and some salt in the proportion of onions.
