Tarbooj Watermelon Panna | watermelon summer cooler is a healthy refreshing and thirst quenching drink made with mint and few handy Indian spices.

Ingredients
  • Watermelon, chopped ½
  • Roasted Cumin Powder 1 tsp
  • Green Chili, chopped 1
  • Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Mint leaves few
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, add chopped watermelon, roasted jeera powder, green chili, lemon juice, salt & mix well.
  2. Let it marinate for 15 minutes
  3. Bake this watermelon mix in an oven at 200 deg C for 10 minutes or just roast it on tawa for 7 to 8 minutes.
  4. Remove, cool and blend in a mixer.
  5. Garnish the blended panna with mint leaves & add ice cubes.
  6. Serve chilled.
