- Watermelon, chopped ½
- Roasted Cumin Powder 1 tsp
- Green Chili, chopped 1
- Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Mint leaves few
- In a bowl, add chopped watermelon, roasted jeera powder, green chili, lemon juice, salt & mix well.
- Let it marinate for 15 minutes
- Bake this watermelon mix in an oven at 200 deg C for 10 minutes or just roast it on tawa for 7 to 8 minutes.
- Remove, cool and blend in a mixer.
- Garnish the blended panna with mint leaves & add ice cubes.
- Serve chilled.
