Eggless Whole wheat Chocolate Brownies are sweet & tangy, easy to make, contain goodness of oats and ragi/finger millet and above all it's egg free too.

Ingredients
  • Dry Ingredients:
  • whole wheat Flour 250 gms
  • oats powder 50 gms
  • Ragi Flour 50 gms
  • Cocoa powder 60 gms
  • Baking Soda 1 Tsp
  • Wet ingredients:
  • Brown Sugar 300 gms
  • Unsalted Butter melted and cooled 100 gms
  • Vanilla essence 1 tbsp
  • Thick Curds 500 ml
  • choco chips handful
  • Craneberries handful
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven for 10 minutes at 180°C.
  2. For making brownie batter, in a bowl put curds, sugar, melted butter, vanilla essence and mix nicely until sugar is dissolved.
  3. Now sieve all the other dry ingredients and put it into wet ingredients and mix nicely... don’t over mix it.
  4. Pour the mixture into the tray lined with parchment paper and sprinkle choco chips and berries
  5. Bake for 15-20 min in a 180°C preheated oven .
  6. Check it with by inserting a toothpick if it comes clean otherwise bake for few more minutes.
  7. Also, once your brownies are baked, let them cool completely before you try and slice them. They’ll crumble very easily when they’re still hot.
  8. After it cools down completely, cut it in squares and serve with vanilla icecream.
Notes
1. You may use aluminium foil for lining the baking tin.

2. If you try to slice the brownies immediately after they are baked, they may crumble, so allow it to cool completely.

3. For toppings you may use your choice of dry fruits or only walnuts in place of dried cranberries.
