Ingredients
  • Mango (Raw), peeled and grated - 1
  • Onion, grated 1 big sized
  • Red Chilli powder, ½ tbsp .or adjust to taste
  • Salt, to taste
Instructions
  1. Mix grated kachi kairi and grated onion. Mix salt and red chilli powder. Test the taste and adjust spices accordingly.
  2. Store this in glass bottle and refrigerate for further use. It stays good up to 4 to 5 days.
