Step by step instructions and pictorial presentation to make Black eyed Bean Blondies|Sukhi Choulai Blondies

Preheat oven to 175 degrees. Grease or line a square baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.

Blend or process black eyed peas, oats, butter, vanilla, eggs and honey in a blender or food processor until smooth.

Black eyed Bean/Sukhi Choulai Blondies

Transfer mixture into a bowl and mix in powdered oats, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder and salt.

Mix chocolate chips, coconut and almonds, and pour batter into baking pan.

Bake it upto 25 to 30 minutes or check with toothpick inserted comes out clean.

  • 1¼ cups black eyed peas, soaked and boiled

    Ah ha that’s very creative. An excellent way to trick your little ones to eating some good protein. I love this totally. No one can say that it contains black eyed beans by looking at it. It’s simply gorgeous visually and I so wish I could have a bite right now. This is a must try. Bookmarked.

        Hi Ruchi. Spices are added to suppress the bland taste of Black eyed beans. You may use cardamom powder instead,or can completely avoid using all these.
