Being Sindhi Papad is regular at our place. Sindhi aur Papad ka bahut purana rishta hai😉 Today my kids were not in a mood to eat Regular Parathas for breakfast.
Fir yaad aaya ki my Mom used to make these Parathe whenever we used to demand “kuch naya banao na”. Ma ki yaad aa gayi.
Bas fir kya fatafat taiyari ki aur jhatpat tasty parathe ready kar diye. Bacche khush to Maa bhi khush.
Preparation time : 15 minutes
Cooking time : 10 minutes
Wheat flour atta (namkeen paratha atta) knead with salt, jeera, Black pepper powder, lalmirchpowder & ajwain with 2 tsp oil.
Roasted papads 3 no.
Onion choppedd finely 1
Chat masala 1 tsp
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Fresh coriander leaves chopped
Green mirchi chopped
First make paratha dough. Give some rest to dough. Make big balls. Keep aside.
For filling of parathas
Roast papads. Crush with your palms. Mix onions & all above mentioned masalas.
Now take that big dough ball. Roll it thick. Make impressions with ur finger tips. Brush some oil over fingertip impressions.
Place onion filling over it in one corner.
Start rolling it inwards like cream roll.
Now cut into thick pieces ( like Bhakarwadi).
Now roll again into small parathas.
